A little about me...

I didn’t plan to become a coach — I followed the trail of my own becoming.

Years ago, I used to see a poster on the London Underground that said:

“If you don’t like your life, you can change it.”

I read it every day on my way to work as a lawyer.

At the time, from the outside, everything looked… fine.

I was doing what I was supposed to do.

Holding it together. Getting on with things.

But inside, something didn’t fit. I knew that I wasn’t fully in my life — that I’d somehow drifted away from myself.

And one day, I realised I didn’t just want things to look okay.

I wanted them to feel right.

That moment changed everything.

Since then, life has been a wild, honest, and deeply imperfect evolution.

I’ve:

  • Got married — and consciously uncoupled

  • Moved across the world and back again

  • Navigated dating in midlife

  • And, at 48, found the most grounded, joyful relationship of my life

The Real Shift

But what shaped me most wasn’t what happened on the outside.

It was what I discovered on the inside.

At some point, it became impossible to ignore this truth:

The relationship we have with ourselves shapes everything else.

Not just our romantic relationships.

But our boundaries.

Our confidence.

Our sense of who we are — and what we’re allowed to want.

And like many women in midlife, I realised:

I’d spent years being who I needed to be for everyone else, without fully knowing who I was for myself.

The work I do now

For nearly two decades, I’ve worked with women who feel that same quiet pull: There must be more than this

Women who:

Look like they’re coping — but feel disconnected underneath

Struggle with boundaries, guilt, or people-pleasing

Have lost touch with what they actually want

Are ready to feel more like themselves again

I’ve supported them in many roles — as a mentor, sponsor, yoga teacher, and now as a coach.

What this means for you

This work isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about coming back to who you are — underneath the conditioning, the roles, and the expectations.

It’s about:

No longer abandoning yourself

Feeling clear about what you want

Creating relationships that actually feel good to be in

And living a life that feels like it belongs to you

If you’re here…

If something in this resonates — even quietly —

that’s usually where this begins.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

Just a sense that you’re ready for things to feel different.
